- To promote the growth and attractiveness of the Sheridan Science and
Technology Park, enabling the Park to evolve as a world class technical
community and to return socioeconomic benefits to its members and to
Canada.

- To manage the Park to provide quality services to Sheridan Park
Association members.
- To promote effective communication and interaction among Park members.
- To foster excellence in science and technology.
- To encourage collaboration with potential new members, with other companies in the area, and with educational institutions.
- To seek cooperation with government and municipal agencies.
